Description
A 100 feet tall German Gothic clock tower in Goebel Park. The clock features a mechanical puppet show depicting the Pied Piper.
Goebel Park is named after the only Covington native to be elected Governor of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, William Goebel, who was assassinated just four days after his swearing-in ceremony.
